Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returned products must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Body Protectors (once removed from packaging)
- Brushes and grooming tools (for hygiene reasons)
- Fly Masks & Ear Nets (unless packaging remains sealed)
- Clippers and Oils (opened containers)

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
International customers: You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 2 business days
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your competition gear or stable equipment arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include photos of the damaged/wrong item and packaging
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement or refund
Exchange Policy
We happily exchange:
- Bridles and bridle pieces for correct sizing
- Competition apparel (jackets and shirts) for different sizes
- Boots and chaps for alternative styles

Special Note for Competition Season
During peak competition months (April-June, September-November), we recommend ordering well in advance to allow time for potential exchanges. For last-minute needs, contact us about expedited exchange options for essential items like competition accessories or jackets.
